Unlock-5: Gujarat government announces guidelines to run buses with 75 percent capacity, cinema-multiplexes can be started with 50 percent capacity

Following the unveiling of Unlock-5 guidelines by the central government on Wednesday, the state government also unveiled the guidelines on Thursday, including the following guidelines on education, entertainment, and social programs:
Cinema-multiplex-theaters can be started with 50% seating capacity.
Only sportspersons will open the swimming pool to train the athletes.
The Business Exhibition (B2B) will be allowed, subject to the conditions of the Ministry of Commerce.
All places of worship will remain as per the SOP issued by the Ministry of Health on June 7, 2020.
Hotels and restaurants in the state will be open until 11pm and no limit has been set for takeaways.
Shopping malls will remain the same with the rules announced on June 8.
The library can be opened with a capacity of 60 percent of people.
GSRTC / city bus / private bus service can accommodate 75% of the people in the bus service-based services in the state.
Metro rail service will remain the same as per the guidelines of the Central Government.
The rickshaw can accommodate 2 people including 1 driver with face cover.
The cab service can accommodate up to 3 people including 1 driver. If there is a seating arrangement for more than 6 people then 4 people can be fitted with face cover.
If there is a private car, 3 people including 1 driver can be fitted with face cover.
Only 2 people in a two-wheeler can ride with face cover.
The State / UT may decide on the attendance of more than 100 persons at social/educational / entertainment / cultural/religious/political gatherings and meetings outside the containment zone. The decision will remain in force till October 15. Subsequent new guidelines will be announced after October 15th.
The decision to reopen colleges / higher education institutions will be taken after reviewing the situation with the Union Home Ministry.
The decision to reopen schools and coaching institutes in the state after October 15 will be taken by the state government.
