7 aise fruits ( Fal) jisko khane se aapki Health (sehat) bahut achchi rah sakti hai..

                          (1) Anjeer 

Anjeer na keval apane bhojan mein mithaas ka ek phat jodane ke lie, ve fiebar aur poteshiyam, kailshiyam, lauh aur maigneeshiyam jaise khanijon ka mel  hain. anjeer mein uchch poteshiyam saamagree shareer mein rakt sharkara ke star ko viniyamit karane mein madad karatee hai, is prkaar bhojan ke baad avashoshit cheenee kee maatra par ek jaanch rakhata hai.
unhen taaja ya sukha len, ve aapake svaasthy ke lie chamatkaar kar sakate hain.!

                           (2) Beetroot


beetroot praakrutik rakt shodhak aur daitoxifiair hai jo aapake shareer se vishaakt padaarthon ko samaapt karane mein madad karata hai aur aapakee aantarik pranaalee ko saaph rakhata hai. 

yah poshak tatvon ka ek shaktighar hai jo rakt pravaah ko behatar banaata hai aur oorja pradaan karata hai. vaigyaanik adhyayan se pata chalata hai ki beetrot ka ras peene se laal rakt koshika utpaadan ko badhaava mil sakata hai aur sahanashakti ka nirmaan ho sakata hai.

                              (3) Amla 


aamala vitaamin C ka ek utkrsht srot hai jo chayaapachay ko badhaava dene mein madad karata hai aur vaayaral aur baikteeriyal beemaariyon se bachaata hai. aayurved ke anusaar, aanvala ka ras sabhee teen doshon mein santulan laane ke lie jaana jaata hai - vaat, kaph, pita. 

yah aapake pet ko saaph rakhata hai aur aapakee tvacha aur baal svasth rahata hai.in suparaphooits ko apane dainik aahaar mein shaamil karen taaki aap apane bheetar se majaboot ho saken. unake paas mahaan chikitsa shaktiyaan hain aur aap kaee beemaariyon se raksha kar sakate hain.

bluebarries  mastishk svaasthy ko badhaava dene aur smrti ko behatar banaane ke lie siddh hue hain. adhyayanon se pata chala hai ki blooberee mein upasthit enteeokseedent aavashyak mastishk ke kaaryon ko viniyamit karate hain aur okseedetiv tanaav se mastishk kee raksha karate hain. 
is shrenee mein aane vaale any suparaphut jaamunon mein akaee bereej, krainaberee aur gojee jaamun hain.

(5) Kiwi


yah ektinidin mein samrddh hai jo paachan enjaimon se akele aur is prakaar proteen ko tej aur adhik prabhaavee dhang se todane ke lie jaana jaata hai, isalie yah paachan muddon par kaaboo paane mein madad karata hai. yah chidachida aantr sindrom ke lakshanon ko rokane aur raahat pradaan karane ke lie bhee jaana jaata hai.

(6) Lemon 


neemboo vitaamin see ka sabase achchha praakrtik srot hai jo ek shaktishaalee enteeokseedent ke roop mein kaam karata hai. poshan visheshagy do. roopaalee datta sujhaav dete hain ki aapaka dainik khuraak lene ke lie har din aapake paas neemboo ka paanee (do neemboo ke ras ke saath) hona chaahie. 
vitaamin C ek paanee mein ghulanasheel poshak tatv hai aur isalie aapake shareer mein sangraheet nahin kiya jaata hai jisase yah aapake khaane ke bhojan ke maadhyam se ise phir se jarooree ho jaata hai.

(7) Noni fruit


yah chhote dakshin poorv eshiyaee phal aapake dil ke lie bade svaasthy laabh pradaan karata hai. yah ek adbhut enteeoksident panch ko paik karata hai, shareer mein soojan se ladata hai aur kolestrol ka star kam karane mein madad karane ke lie jaana jaata hai.
 svaasthy visheshagyon ka sujhaav hai ki aapako har subah taaje gair-ras ka ras peena chaahie.
