One year has passed since Corona came to the country. The first patient was found in Kerala on this very day last year. Since then, 1 crore 7 lakh 34 thousand 26 people have come under the control of Corona. The pace of new case arrivals increased by 725% after the lockdown.

 Reached the peak of Corona in the country on 17 September. At that time, there were 10 lakh 17 thousand active cases in the country, i.e. patients who were undergoing treatment. At that time, India was the second most infected country in the world, three times as much as 2200% after September. Now a year later the good news is that India has dropped out of the list of top-15 infected countries in the world. We now have 1.67 lakh patients here who are undergoing treatment. In this case, India is now ranked 17th, beating 3 countries (Portugal, Indonesia and Ireland) in two days. As of January 28, India was ranked 14th.


The United States ranks
first among the top 10 most infected countries in the world. There are currently more than 98 lakh active cases. France is second with 2.8 million active patients. The UK is third, Brazil is fourth, and Belgium is fifth. The top 15 infected countries also include Russia, Italy, Serbia, Mexico, Germany, Poland, Switzerland, Ukraine, Portugal and Indonesia.

So far, 1.04 crore people have recovered and
13,053 new cases were reported in the country on Friday. 14 thousand 872 people recovered and 137 people died. Corona updates

Frontline workers will be vaccinated from the first week of February under the Corona Vaccination Program in the country, which will include people who are at the forefront of Corona's fight, including policemen and cleaners. Healthcare workers are currently receiving the first dose of the corona vaccine, which began on January 16.

Chief Economic Adviser Dr. That. Subramaniam said the Indian government's policies to deal with Corona had reduced the number of cases in the country by 3.7 million, as well as preventing nearly one lakh deaths. He made the remarks during a press conference on Economic Survey 2020-21 on Friday.
According to the survey, performance in reducing cases and deaths in Maharashtra was not as good as expected. Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat and Bihar have succeeded in improving the situation as per policies, while good efforts have been made to control deaths in Kerala, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
Local trains for the public will resume in Mumbai from February 1. Currently the train will run in two shifts. The first shift is from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Orders for this have been issued by the Chief Minister's Office. So far only local trains were running for essential services. In the meantime, the Kovid-19 rules have to be followed.
The Maharashtra government has extended the lockdown till February 28 in view of the rising number of Kovid-19 cases. However, the exemption so far will continue, meaning people will be able to go to the office. Currently the market and industry will open. Shops will be open until 11 p.m.

Status of five states
1. Delhi
249 people were infected with corona here on Friday. 367 patients recovered and six died. So far, 6.34 lakh cases have been reported, of which 6.22 lakh infected have been cured, while 10,841 patients have died. There are currently 1,551 patients undergoing treatment.

2. Madhya Pradesh
Here on Friday 171 people became infected with Korona. 297 patients recovered and three died. So far, 2.54 lakh cases have been reported, of which 2.48 lakh have been cured, while 3,805 patients have died. There are currently 2,826 patients undergoing treatment.

3. Gujarat
Here on Friday 335 people became infected with Korona. 463 patients recovered and one died. So far, 2.60 lakh cases have been reported, in which 2.52 lakh infected have been cured, while 4,385 patients have died. There are currently 3,589 patients undergoing treatment.

4. Rajasthan
103 people were reported infected with corona here on Friday. 265 patients recovered and two died. So far, 3.17 lakh cases have been reported, of which 3.12 lakh have been cured, while 2,765 patients have died. There are currently 2,395 patients undergoing treatment.

5. Maharashtra
2,771 people were reported infected with corona here on Friday. 2,613 patients recovered and 56 died. So far, 20.21 lakh cases have been reported, of which 19.25 lakh have been infected, while 51,000 patients have died. There are currently 43,147 patients undergoing treatment.
