Assistant (Minister): (i) Retired officers from the government service hold regular posts in the pay matrix and above in the ministerial cadre in level-6. (ii) Retired Upper Division Clerk with 10 years regular service in Level-04 in Salary Matrix.
Network Administration: (i) Having a 12th pass or equivalent pass in Science and Mathematics subjects by a government recognized board with a certificate in one year in Diploma in Computer Application or Department According to the accreditation of electronics and computer courses = - A level of government institution or government recognized institutions is given.

(ii) Diploma in Electronics & Communication or Information Technology from recognized University.

(iii) Bachelor Degree in Electronics/Comp. Sci. Communication & Information Technology from a recognized University.

(iv) Bachelor degree in comp. application from a recognized University.
Library and Information Assistant: (i) Bachelors Degree in Library Science or Library and Information Science from Government/Government recognized University/Institute.

(ii) Two (02) years professional exp. in a Library under Central/State Government Institution/University.
Stenographer Grade-II: (i) For Class 12 pass by Government Board or Government Approved Board. (ii) Skill test norms: Dictation: 10 minutes @ 80 wpm Transcription: 50 minutes (English) on computer.
