December 2020, the bank changed the rules for withdrawing cash from ATMs by introducing OTP based cash withdrawal facility . In which OTP (One Time Password) based cash withdrawal facility was introduced. Under this facility, OTP is sent to the account holders to withdraw more than Rs. 10,000 in cash. They cannot withdraw cash without OTP.
