Good news for students: Std. 11 and 12 students will get 5 to 7 thousand rupees per month, all they have to do is work

Scholarship Scheme has been launched by the Government of India for the bright future of students involved in science related subjects in schools, colleges and universities. Under this scheme, fellowships are given to 11th and 12th standard and graduating students. The Indian Institute of Science Bengaluru manages the scheme. The scheme has been named as Adolescent Scientific Promotion Scheme. Under which fellowships are given to students working in the field of science, technology and medicine.

Students will get Rs. Under this scheme students are given two different fellowships of Rs. 5 thousand and Rs. 7 thousand per month. Students will have to apply for a fellowship to avail the benefits of this scheme.

Examinations take place in two stages

The scheme was started by the Department of Science and Technology in the year 1999. The main objective of this scheme is to bring out the hidden talents in the field of science across the country and brighten the future of the country and its students.

 A high level examination of this scheme is organized for the selection of students at the national level. In which the examination is typically conducted in two stages. The first stage is online aptitude test and the second stage is interview.

What are the qualifications

Let me tell you, in order to participate in this scheme, students are required to bring 75% in science and mathematics. In addition, students of Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and other backward classes are given a 10 per cent discount. In addition, first year students of graduation need to bring 60% in 12th standard. In addition, 50 per cent lava is required for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes with 10 per cent discount.
